Hey there! Welcome to my website. I’m Madison (Maddy) Wenig and I’m an actor, singer, and dancer born in New York City. I received my BFA in Musical Theatre at the University of Miami in May of 2024.

I spent my childhood in New York City and moved to San Francisco when I was 10. My personality is a mixture of both coasts - I am an independent and feisty New Yorker, and a laid-back Californian. I am always eager and excited for life’s next adventure, and commonly labeled as a “life enthusiast.”

My love for acting began while watching Saturday Night Live as a kid, as I would love to impersonate “larger than life” SNL characters, for anyone who would watch. I have always been a goofball, and there is still no greater joy to me than making others laugh.

I’m a pop and soul-influenced singer with dreams of being a full-fledged rockstar. I draw inspirations from artists like Amy Winehouse, Gracie Lawrence, Beyonce, and Yebba.

Outside of theatre, I enjoy traveling- especially impromptu trips. My explorative nature has led me to hobbies such as deep-sea fishing, archery, metal detecting, and even curating and selling art made by incarcerated artists. I also enjoy reading, thrifting for goofy graphic tees, listening to Billie Holiday, and curating the an incredibly over-the-top cheese board.
